Here at Carbon Kidz we are more than just your typical Playroom. You can expect a room fully equipped with everything to meet your children's needs!

Yes! Ages 12 months - 3 years old will have a designated toddler area. These areas are separated by a baby gate!
No, parents/guardians must stay in the building.
Each child and parent/guardian must have their own profile in Club Automation with a photo and up-to-date contact information for guardians.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for diaper changes and changing pull ups
Playroom employees are not responsible for assisting with bathroom needs other than hand washing.
Nope, unfortunately no food or drinks allowed other than a resealable water bottle or cup.
There is a water fountain inside the playroom!
Of course! Children may bring technology such as iPads/Nintendo. However, Carbon is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur to personal devices.
To pick-up a child from the playroom, the parent/guardian must be listed in Club Automation as an Authorized Guardian within the child’s profile.
The Authorized Guardians must have a photo on file. If they do not have a photo on file, they will need to present a valid photo ID at pikc-up.
If someone is trying to pick up a child and they are not listed as an Approved Guardian, you must call the person who dropped the child off and receive verbal confirmation of the person who is picking up the child.
When somebody drops off a child in the playroom you must double-check they are listed as an Authorized Guardian in Club Automation. If not, please add them and ensure they have a photo on file.
