We pride ourselves on offering a vast range of the best equipment from the leading manufacturers in the world. We have equipment from Arsenal Strength, Panatta, Hammer Strength, Prime, Atlantis, and Life Fitness. We carry multiple pieces for each body part so you can ensure every muscle group is targeted.
We have video tutorials to guide you through how to use some of our more complex pieces and maximize your workout.
Our functional fitness area is equipped with:
- A Rogue rig
- High-impact rubber flooring suitable for deadlifting
- A variety of kettlebells
- Dumbbells
- And anything else you may need to reach your fitness goals.
Each level has cardio areas featuring:
- Treadmills
- Stair climbers
- Ellipticals
- Bikes
We also have dedicated areas for stretching and recovery, including two 50-foot turfs.
Personal Training
Joining a new gym can sometimes be a little overwhelming or intimidating. Our PT Director has an ardent team of Personal Trainers dedicated to helping their clients reach their fitness goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, improve your strength, or simply feel more comfortable using the equipment, we have a program and a package that would be right for you.
We offer complimentary fitness assessments featuring the Inbody scale, which calculates numerous body composition data points, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, and BMI. Our trainers will go through your analysis to explain the data points and provide guidance on a workout, nutrition, and supplementation program to help you meet your goals, with progress monitored throughout.

Carbon Edge HIIT Classes
With each day of the week targeting a different muscle group, Carbon Edge classes are not your regular HIIT classes. Our mission is to deliver a fitness experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Carbon Edge isn't just a workout but a commitment to yourself. EDGE is all about results.
Expect improved cardiovascular fitness, increased muscle tone, and a boost in overall energy levels all whilst having fun alongside a dedicated group of peers.
Classes are held in a dedicated space featuring eight Arsenal Strength racks and a multitude of equipment sourced specifically to complement the Carbon Edge programming.

Group Exercise Classes
We offer a range of complimentary group exercise classes taught by experienced and energetic instructors. Classes vary from yoga and Pilates, designed to aid in your recovery and flexibility, to higher intensity formats such as cycle and Les Mills Body Pump.
Try them all, and you’ll be guaranteed to find a class that meets your needs.
Carbon Kidz
Don’t let a lack of childcare prevent you from getting your workout in. Our newly opened playroom is run by our highly experienced manager, who ensures children never want to leave once they’ve visited Carbon Kidz.
We accommodate children from 12 months to 12 years and everything in between.
We have a dedicated toddler space for those 3 years and younger featuring a play kitchen, art station, cozy reading corner, and a multitude of age-appropriate toys. Children 3 and up have access to their own dedicated “big kid” space, which features a rock-climbing wall and monkey bars, an art station, a Lego wall, and a cozy reading corner hideout.
Children can stay for up to 2 hours per day with a maximum of 10 hours per week.
Sign up for an unlimited membership or simply use the drop-in service on an as-needed basis (reservations are highly encouraged).
Drop them off and enjoy your workout in peace, grab lunch and a smoothie at Carbon Fuel, or stop in the Relive Health clinic for some much-needed self-care.
Carbon Fuel
Left your pre-workout at home? Don’t sweat; stop by the smoothie bar to pick up an ice-cold pre-workout drink or a quick, healthy snack. On your way out, don’t forget to try the protein smoothie flavor of the month or stick with the regularly featured menu staples.
You can customize any shake with add-ins of your choice, including creatine, collagen, or sweet treats like peanut butter. Hit your macro goals with a high-protein steak, chicken bowl, or delicious Icon Meal.

Locker Rooms / Posing Room
Our goal at Carbon is to give you the best experience possible so you can focus solely on your workout. Our locker rooms are stocked with body wash and shampoo, and towels are available at the front desk. Don’t forget to bring a padlock for your locker.
Alternatively, you can make use of open cubbies to store your essentials and our device charging station on the gym floor. We have saunas in each locker room to aid in that post-workout recovery.

Retail
Make sure you check out our retail area for the latest apparel drops and the highest-quality supplements on the market. Show your support out in the community by wearing a Carbon hat, hoodie or the latest seasonal tee. We carry supplements from a variety of sports nutrition brands, including Raw Nutrition. The cooler is always stocked with energy and hydration drinks.

If you’ve recently experienced an injury or are looking for some rehabilitation, Amplify offers a range of services, including dry needling, cupping and soft tissue mobilization, and massage.

We have a dedicated room for Fortis Self-Defense where you can take a variety of classes, including Krav Maga and Women’s only self-defense.

Located just a stone’s throw away from Carbon Performance, this private studio offers a peaceful yet motivating environment where you can focus on your training without any distractions.
Featuring all the same high-end equipment, you can achieve a full workout and enjoy the luxury of a personal shower and changing room. This facility is accessible 24/7, meaning you will have access to your favorite Franklin gym at any time of day or night.
