The training utilizes movements like the squat and deadlift and additional strength training exercises like curls and shoulder presses with significant emphasis on form and foundational techniques. Circuit-based program testing your full body endurance. For 40 minutes of high intensity work you will rotate through various stations with a variety of exercises that challenge your levels of strength and stamina. This program is designed for maximum fat burn in a short period of time.

Carbon Lower Body Burn is a 55 minute class that ends with core work and stretching. This class utilizes moderate to heavy weights, bands, and sometimes boxes. Instructors guide and motivate you through lower body lifts and movements designed to target legs and glutes. Challenging but rewarding as you focus on the largest muscle groups in the body.
