Mother/stepmother to 4 lively boys! Fell in love with group fitness 12 years ago and has been teaching, training, and innovating for over 11 and a half years. High intensity interval training class utilizing cardio equipment and dumbbells. This class will keep you moving with a variety of cardio intervals mixed with moderate weight strength exercises. The goal of this class is to elevate the heart rate and achieve maximum fat burn and lean muscle gains.
Full body barre class. This class focuses on isometric movement paired with mind body connection to achieve maximum activation of each muscle worked. The majority of this class is composed of body weight exercises with some light weight and mat work.
Full body strength training class focusing primarily on barbell and dumbbell exercises. The training utilizes movements like the squat and deadlift and additional strength training exercises like curls and shoulder presses with significant emphasis on form and foundational techniques. Any and all skill or strength levels will benefit from the core guidance in this class.
Circuit-based program testing your full body endurance. For 40 minutes of high intensity work you will rotate through various stations with a variety of exercises that challenge your levels of strength and stamina. This program is designed for maximum fat burn in a short period of time.
Geared to help you become stronger, leaner and more confident; every class you take is driven by results. Each workout is scaled to meet your fitness level. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.
Lower Body Burn
Carbon Lower Body Burn is a 55 minute class that ends with core work and stretching. This class utilizes moderate to heavy weights, bands, and sometimes boxes. Instructors guide and motivate you through lower body lifts and movements designed to target legs and glutes. Challenging but rewarding as you focus on the largest muscle groups in the body.
Designed to compliment any training program from runners to bodybuilders to general fitness enthusiasts. This educational class focuses on guided stretching, foam rolling and myofascial release techniques that allow your body to heal, rejuvenate and create additional mobility.
