SWEAT

30 minutes of fast paced interval training. Involving less equipment and more focused on constant movement with light loads or just body weight. Designed to burn body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency and gain strength.

TIGHTEN & TONE

45 minute female only class. A total body conditioning class consisting of little to no impact. The workout includes the use of resistance bands, hand weights, ankle weights and gliders to target each muscle group; sculpting a lean, long figure from head to toe.

TRIAD

45 minute class breaking down strength, power and conditioning for all fitness levels. A combination of equipment and body weight exercises with timed blocks of work and rest to focus on resistance training and technique.

YOGA
